NEMDA Constitution and Bylaws
NEMDA is a registered 501c7 non-profit dog club. NEMDA is governed by a Constitution and Bylaws which have been voted on and approved by the Governing Board and Membership. The Governing Board consists of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Five Regional Directors. Board meetings are held on-line quarterly. The Board can be called into a special meeting by the President. The first meeting of the year is devoted to budget and committee reports from the previous year. Board positions are held for two years and are sustained by a vote of the membership. Committee chairs actively manage the responsibly within the committees.
Membership participation is always welcome and encouraged.
