Nor'easter Entlebuchers

Breeding Philosophy:
It was love at first sight when we picked up Brinly, our first entlebucher, in 2016. Working for a veterinarian, I had encountered many different dog breeds and none like the Entlebucher Mountain Dog. He is our constant companion and is ready for whatever adventure he's able to join. It was quickly apparent that we wanted to join the relatively small group of people breeding these dogs. However, after completing the health tests we found Brinly was not suitable to be used for breeding.

We decided to add another entlebucher with the hopes to be able to breed and we're blessed to have had Ripley join our family. She has a wonderful personality and fit right in. Our kids and dogs are raised side by side. Our dogs are valued family members and accompany us whenever possible. It is important that they are well behaved, friendly, and good ambassadors for the breed.

Our goal is to responsibly breed in a way that preserves the Entlebucher Mountain Dog breed by focusing on health, temperament and genetic diversity. Our dogs and puppies are raised in our home and spend as much time with their human family as possible. We cannot imagine life without an entlebucher and feel it is a priority to do our part to keep these dogs in people's homes for generations to come.
