2026 Meet the Breeds - New York

Come meet NEMDA members and their Entlebuchers at the AKC’s Meet the Breeds February 7-8, 2026 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City!!

The event runs from 9am - 4pm both Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $35 for adults; Senior (65+) / Military / Student - $20; Child (12 & Under) - $10. Buy your tickets at akc.org/sports/akc-meet-the-breeds/

This is a unique opportunity to meet and play with more than 130 different dog breeds in booths that depict each breed's country of origin, historical purpose, and talk to breed experts. You can also watch demonstrations of dog sports in agility, disc dog, scent work and more! There will be games, an art station and photo opportunities with the whole family in the Kids Zone.
