SAVE THE DATE! "Meet The Breeds" is coming to NYC’s Jacob Javits Center on Saturday, Jan. 23 - Sunday, Jan. 24th!
Our "Breed Ambassador" members and their Entlebuchers will be there to introduce our rare and wonderful breed to the public.
As the AKC describes the event: "As one of the American Kennel Club’s most impactful flagship events, Meet the Breeds continues to play an important role in advancing public education about the importance of purebred dogs, responsible dog ownership, and the many ways people can be active and bond with their dogs. Our Parent and Local clubs and their dedicated volunteers are at the heart of Meet the Breeds. The opportunity for attendees to interact with dogs and learn directly from the people who know and love their breeds, and connect with responsible breeders is an experience that simply cannot be replicated."
NEMDA MEMBERS: If you can travel to the Jacob Javits Center in NYC for even just one shift, morning or afternoon, you are guaranteed to have a fun and rewarding experience with your Entle. Volunteers return year after year for this unique opportunity, and the dogs love the attention and socialization just as much!
