White Eagle Entlebuchers

When we were fortunate enough to have Lucca come into our lives, we were asked by the owner of his sire if we would keep him intact and go through the process of getting him approved as a stud dog since there is a need for more diversity. What started out as a promise has become a goal to help produce a healthy future for the breed we love so much!

Lucca stands 19.9” tall, is 55 pounds of lean muscle, and completed his CEBA (Comprehensive Entlebucher Breed Assessment) at the 2022 Entlefest in Lexington, KY. Lucca is handsome, curious, very intelligent (our dog sitter thinks there is a little person inside him!), extremely athletic (playing frisbee is his jam), very social and sweet with other dogs and people (he ALWAYS has to say hello and give kisses when meeting other dogs, whether they are already friends or new dogs) and… very loving towards his family! He also possesses very high EQ and is sensitive to times where we need to work or do other tasks and not play with him as he knows we will always make it up to him and spoil him rotten! It is difficult to fully articulate how Lucca has brought so much joy and love into our lives.

Our main goal in breeding Lucca is to create more beautiful Entles who are healthy and have sound temperament and conformation and to help continue NEMDA’s responsible breeding practices. We have a duty to promote the breeding of healthy Entlebuchers that do not have any genetic markers for diseases or other serious health issues. Our other goal, is to pass along all the wonderful traits that Lucca has with a female Entle who will compliment both his physical and personality traits.
